Coaching, not therapy
Tina's therapy license is from Florida, and therapy goes by where the client is located during sessions. Clients living in Egypt work with her through coaching: goal-focused sessions about decisions, habits, relationships, and adjusting to change. Coaching includes no diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for mental health care. If you will be in Florida during your sessions, ask her about therapy.
Fees
A lower Egypt rate applies automatically when you book from Egypt, and you see the exact price before you pay. If that is still out of reach, you can ask for a reduced fee. Payment is by card when you book; Tina doesn't work with insurance.
Your privacy
Booking details are encrypted and stored in the United States. You are asked for your explicit consent before anything is saved, and you can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can I have therapy with Tina while I live in Egypt?
No. Tina's license covers therapy for clients located in Florida. From Egypt you can work with her through coaching, in Arabic or English.
What time are sessions in Cairo?
The booking calendar shows every time in Egypt time. Cairo is usually 7 hours ahead of Florida, so Tina's morning hours fall in the Egyptian late afternoon and evening.
Is there a lower price for clients in Egypt?
Yes. A lower Egypt rate applies automatically when you book from Egypt. If it is still too much, you can ask for a reduced fee.
Can sessions be in Arabic?
Yes. Sessions can be in Arabic or English, whichever feels more natural to you.
What if I am in crisis?
These sessions are not an emergency service. In Egypt, call 123 for an ambulance or 122 for the police, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
